Position Summary

The Head Installer will oversee the installation team responsible for replacing PVC windows and doors at residential job sites. This position demands proficiency in team management and a solid background in construction.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Residence in the Greater Vancouver area is essential
  • Proficient in English
