About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team at CB Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, while also driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, build relationships with customers, and close deals.
  • Marketing: Assist in promoting our products and services to customers, and help to develop marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and work to retain and grow their business with us.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Work Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
