**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring seamless and efficient arrivals and departures, and maintaining a high level of communication with our team and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide high standards of service to customers, ensuring efficient and courteous arrivals and departures.
  • Communicate effectively with ground and air teams, maintaining clear and concise communication.
  • Maintain and update systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bill and update the landing fee system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel booking, and reservations, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Answer general phone lines, forwarding calls to the appropriate person.
  • Ensure all areas of the FBO are clean and well-maintained, restocking coffee, condiments, and snacks as needed.
  • Take customer and flight crew orders for goods or services, promoting our offerings and responding to inquiries and emergencies.
  • Investigate complaints and update accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Two years' experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to deliver courteous, discreet, efficient, and professional service.
  • Knowledge of the standard NATO phonetic alphabet.
  • Proactive, with a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide a positive attitude while working in a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Availability to work on different shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
