Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, take orders, and process payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, afternoons, and weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Assemble and manage dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary, but previous experience in food service or retail is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.
