Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GreenTee Golf Shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
  • Train staff on new procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide a positive experience.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Group insurance benefits and permanent employment.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
