Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Penfolds Roofing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Direct staff and oversee the preparation of reports
  • Manage contracts and maintain digital databases
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
