Bilingual Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Collections Agent to join our team at a top 5 bank in Saint John, NB. As a Bilingual Collections Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and resolving delinquency issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer internal inbound calls regarding billing and payment inquiries from the Sales and Service Team.
- Process all payments, refunds, and collections for Insurance, including creating and validating delinquency letters and preparing registered letters.
- Handle difficult conversations with customers and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Service Team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Fluent French language skills (reading, writing, and verbal).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or collections role.
- A competitive hourly rate of $22.00.
- A hybrid work arrangement with 2 days of onsite work per week.
