Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving billing and payment issues in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments, refunds, and collections in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Work collaboratively with the sales and service team to resolve customer issues
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or collections role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
