Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Whitecourt.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend and Arrange Services: Identify areas for improvement and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
- Assist with Cleaning Duties: Provide support to housekeeping staff as needed, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient use of resources.
