Housekeeping Manager

Green Gables Inn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning schedules to meet our standards.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend additional services, such as painting or repairs, to maintain our facilities.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
