Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Recommend and Arrange Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and arrange for these services to be completed.
- Assist with Cleaning Duties: Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning duties as needed, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure that all aspects of hotel operations are running smoothly.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
