Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Cloud 9 Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our hotel rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Manage Supplies and Equipment: Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure we have everything we need to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with our front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service to our guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work
