About the Role

HUB International Ontario Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of an existing book of business, including client relationships, policy administration, and sales growth.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing client queries efficiently, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including new business and retention goals, through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities, and obtain referrals from existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Input and update customer data, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, company procedures, and regulatory requirements, and participate in training and education seminars as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Personal Lines.
  • RIBO license required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with EPIC broker management system an asset.
