We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs
  • Staying up-to-date on underwriting rules and workflow processes
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing advice and guidance
  • Creating a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention
  • Writing new business policies with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Testing new sales strategies and providing feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary education
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Strong customer focus and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • RIBO license is an asset
