About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Blue Bird Travel, Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including opening and distributing mail, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, provide customer service, and greet visitors.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, and perform data entry.
