Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at DTK FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding, work under pressure.
