Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at SHAN-E-PUNJAB FAST FOOD & TIFFIN SERVICE INC. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding with standing for extended periods.
