We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SHAN-E-PUNJAB FAST FOOD & TIFFIN SERVICE INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, as well as clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Food Preparation: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders and provide a welcoming and efficient service.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that recycling is properly sorted and disposed of.
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, and dependability.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen and dining areas are fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
