Strategic Product Growth Manager

Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description- Manage brand segments and develop growth strategies to expand our market share in the rental, installation, and architectural markets, as well as the DJ retail segment.
- Analyze sales, profitability, and competition to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, from SKU creation to product launch and retirement.
- Create engaging digital content, including social media posts and web content.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or management, preferably with hands-on experience.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar is an asset.
- Strong understanding of automated lighting in entertainment, theater, and architectural lighting segments.
- Familiarity with country-wide lighting market layout – rentals, integration, retail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
