Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager Customer Projects (f/m/x) for an upcoming project in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing the future of North American rail travel and creating a unique lighthouse project.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the head customer management and manage projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Support the validation of the train service and customer proposition plan with the authority.
  • Support the submission of required documents to the authority as described in the customer proposition plan and in the initial train service and customer proposition development plan.
  • Support working relationships to relevant stakeholders and assess assets and processes.
  • Conduct shadow operator activities to ensure operational needs and customer expectations are met.
  • Conduct cost estimation and calculation for Customer Proposition activities during the operational phase.
  • Conduct requirement management of customer proposition systems to support IT development activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or customer service, ideally in passenger transportation.
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent higher education, or comparable work experience.
  • Proven success record of delivery in "startup" or other environments where ambiguity needs to be managed and tangible results delivered.
  • Strong familiarity with IT systems supporting operations.
  • Experience in requirements management, business process management, and cost calculation.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English, including writing and presenting information in the appropriate formats to various stakeholders. French is a plus.
