Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health Information Services Coordinator to join our team in the Health Information Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in processing and scanning patient health information, analyzing data, and performing other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Process and scan patient health information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support data-driven decision making
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, staff, and the public
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a health record department in an acute care facility
  • Proficiency in Meditech scanning of patient records
  • Demonstrated knowledge of terminal digit filing
  • Computer literacy (Meditech proficient)
  • Typing skills of 40 wpm
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $25.11/hr - $26.00/hr, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, requiring availability for day shift Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The successful candidate must have excellent attendance and discipline-free record.

Please note that applicants may be required to successfully complete full administrative testing, including typing speed, medical terminology, and MS Office.
