We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Besanz. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.

This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned by management.
  • Office Services: Coordinate office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Inventory and Budgetary Controls: Maintain inventory and budgetary controls, including tracking expenses and managing budgets.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic and special reports, including financial reports and other data-driven documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Skillset: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Language: English
