About the Role
This key position is responsible for leading restaurant operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products and services, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Supervise staff in various areas, promoting teamwork and motivating individuals to excel in their roles
• Manage cash, balance sheets, and reports to ensure financial transparency and accountability
• Enforce liquor legislation and regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
• Maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management and minimizing waste
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices
• Contribute to marketing plans, capitalizing on opportunities to increase brand visibility and sales
• Address customer complaints and provide exceptional service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Plan and direct daily operations, streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and productivity

Requirements
To be successful as a Restaurant Operations Manager, you must possess:
• A college diploma or non-university certificate from a 1-2 year program
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the restaurant industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Dependable, organized, and a team player, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
