Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
- Client focus and flexibility.
- Team player with initiative.
