Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
