Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to our high standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our operations are financially sustainable.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our operations.
- Prepare and submit reports, keeping our management team informed of key performance indicators.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
