Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Standing for extended periods and walking are required.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.
Personal Suitability:
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent oral communication and flexibility are essential.
- Team player with initiative and a willingness to relocate.
