We're seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.

  • Valid G-class driver's license.
