About the Role:
We are seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant who shares our passion for excellent service and is willing to learn from and contribute to our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing warm and welcoming experiences for our guests, responding to their needs, and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest requests, including room assignments, amenities, and services.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel, its amenities, and services, as well as local attractions and events.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
- Previous experience in a Guest Services role is an asset.
- Valid G class Driver's Licence is required.

Schedule & Hours:
The ideal candidate will have a flexible work schedule with the ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts each week. Ability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays is preferred.
