Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize returns and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
