Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to support our Real Property Management Branch in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, contracting, and coordinating the delivery of building services and general maintenance requirements within the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the performance of various building equipment and systems
  • Performing regular equipment and facility inspections
  • Performing preventative maintenance duties on equipment
  • Troubleshooting problems and malfunctions
  • Proposing technical solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate significant experience in:

  • Cooking activities related to building service delivery, maintenance, infrastructure support, and property management
  • Coordinating construction projects, including onsite activities of contractors
  • Reviewing plans and drawings, preparing preliminary sketches and estimates for renovations or modifications
  • Applying federal and provincial building codes, standards, acts, legislation, and regulations
