Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Two Forks Incorporated. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food to customers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
