About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at THE TEA CO. LIMITED. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to ensure high-quality products.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet production deadlines.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
