Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Angela's Deli Corporation. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, following established recipes and special customer orders.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient production.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet established quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality products.
- Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
