Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at RAJA THAI AND INDIAN CUISINE. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
