We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Paradise Freight System. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, coordinating information flow, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
