Manager | Digital Health Virtual Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Digital Health Virtual Care to lead our Virtual Care team in Digital Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing virtual care applications to improve patient access and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to support the achievement of our mission, goals, and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Direct and manage the activities of the Virtual Care portfolio, providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for the support and implementation of virtual care solutions.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Work with IH leadership teams, external partners, and vendors to define operational and strategic information systems needs.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement standards for service and performance, evaluating and effecting changes as needed to improve services and optimize patient and clinical user experience.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of seven years of experience in healthcare information systems and managerial experience in a complex business environment.
