About the Role:

As a Multistore Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail locations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

\t* Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores
\t* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
\t* Train and develop store managers and staff
\t* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
\t* Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations

Qualifications:

\t* Post Secondary Education, with a Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred. 5 years of related experience in the field of Cannabis will be considered.

Required Skills:

\t* 3 years of Retail Cannabis experience
\t* Proven experience as a multistore manager
\t* Strong leadership and management skills
\t* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\t* Proven experience in retail operations

Preferred Skills:

\t* Technical experience in the following: POS Systems, CCTV, MS Office
\t* Knowledge of inventory management systems
\t* Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
