We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Board of Directors at the Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation. As a Board Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding the corporation's strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services to our First Nations clients.
About the RoleThe Board Director will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the corporation's operations, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures. You will work closely with the CEO and other Board members to ensure the corporation's mission and vision are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, leadership, and technical services, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
