Director of Food and Beverage

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food and beverage division, driving success through exceptional service, innovative culinary experiences, and strategic planning.

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage division, implementing procedures and processes to ensure success for Banquets & Outlets.
  • Ensure the Hotel Restaurant and Bar provide service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef, General Manager, and Corporate Director of Food and Beverage to plan, create, and execute an innovative culinary vision for the hotel.
  • Develop an annual strategic plan that will drive guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and food and beverage revenue.
  • Oversee the day-to-day leadership of the front of house Food & Beverage operation.
  • Identify and resolve all guest concerns/complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
