As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for driving our digital initiatives forward, focusing on the ArisGlobal LifeSphere Safety solution for pharmacovigilance.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This will involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions. You will also ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems, monitor performance, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems.
- Monitor performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions.
- Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science.
- Demonstrated experience in ARIS Global LifeSphere Platform administration and configuration.
- Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of Patient Safety business processes and how ARIS Global Lifesphere platform support these processes.
- Significant experience in developing and configuring with ARIS Global LifeSphere Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., Java, C++, Python, R, SQL is highly beneficial.
