Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Digital Innovation Specialist to join our team and drive digital initiatives forward in our agile organization.
You will be working on the ArisGlobal LifeSphere Safety solution for pharmacovigilance, focusing on developing, deploying, integrating, and end-to-end supporting software solutions that support our business processes and operations.
This role involves a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the ArisGlobal Lifesphere Safety platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet specific organizational needs.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems to enhance data flow and business processes.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective utilization of platforms.
- Initiative Execution: Participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying specialized skills to achieve objectives and expected value.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science or Data Science.
- Demonstrated experience in ARIS Global LifeSphere Platform administration and configuration.
- Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of Patient Safety business processes and how ARIS Global Lifesphere platform supports these processes.
- Significant experience in developing and configuring with ARIS Global LifeSphere Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., Java, C++, Python, R, SQL.
