Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process room reservations.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist guests with special needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 38 hours per week.
