Lubrication Specialist

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team. As a Lubrication Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy equipment by performing routine lubrication and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment to prevent wear and tear
- Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment to reduce friction and prevent damage
- Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators to ensure proper equipment function
- Provide on-site services to our customers, including repair and maintenance of heavy equipment
- Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance
- 20/20 vision and ability to distinguish between colors
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Physically demanding work environment
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
- Judgement and reliability
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Will train
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
