Lubrication Specialist

B.C. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Lubrication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have no formal education but be willing to learn and train on the job. The Work Site Environment will include confined spaces, dusty areas, and noisy conditions. The Tasks will involve adding or replacing hydraulic and transmission fluids, assisting mechanics, and performing other duties as directed. The Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities will require 20/20 vision, the ability to distinguish between colors, and a physically demanding environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with flexibility, judgment, and reliability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids
• Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed
• Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks or heavy equipment
• Grease booms, pulleys, buckets and other components of heavy equipment
• Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers or radiators
• Provide on-site services
• Repair and balance tires
• Replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment
