Lubrication Specialist

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team. As a Lubrication Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy equipment by performing routine lubrication and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment to prevent wear and tear.
- Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment to reduce friction and prevent damage.
- Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators to ensure proper equipment function.
- Provide on-site services to our customers, ensuring prompt and efficient maintenance and repair.
- Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation.
- Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- 20/20 vision and ability to distinguish between colors.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Ability to work overtime as required and physically demanding work environment.
- Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling capacity.
- Flexibility, judgement, reliability, and team player skills.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
