Lubrication Specialist

At BC LTD, we are seeking a skilled Lubrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy equipment and vehicles. Your primary duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Adding or replacing hydraulic and transmission fluids to maintain optimal equipment performance
- Assisting mechanics and performing other duties as directed to ensure seamless operations
- Changing engine oil and lubricating running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment
- Greasing booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment
- Installing replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators
- Providing on-site services to meet the needs of our clients
- Repairing and balancing tires to ensure safe and efficient transportation
- Replacing oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment
- 20/20 vision and ability to distinguish between colors
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Flexibility, judgement, and reliability are essential for this position
- Confined spaces, dusty, noisy, and non-smoking work environment
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
