Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
