Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our store. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational management skills.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
  • Authorize merchandise returns as necessary.
  • Engage in direct sales of products.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Security and Safety Requirements

A basic security clearance is necessary for this position.

Transportation and Travel

Access to public transportation is available for commuting to the workplace.
