Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lloyd Drug Mart & Pharmacy Clinic.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, including coordinating patient information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
- Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Train staff in procedures and software
- Complete insurance and claim forms
- Maintain filing systems and order supplies
- Enter and format medical reports and correspondence
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
- Perform data entry and provide customer service
Our pharmacy clinic is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
